Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic leader to oversee comprehensive IT infrastructure, monitor cybersecurity, and align IT initiatives with business strategies at Enzene Inc. in coordination with Enzene Corporate IT.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage IT infrastructure operations (servers, networks, storage, backup, disaster recovery).

  • Ensure security compliance with ISO 27001 and regulatory standards.

  • Manage Helpdesk services and monitor SLAs.

  • Lead and mentor the IT team, overseeing hiring and performance management.

  • Collaborate with leadership to align IT strategies with business objectives.

  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service level agreements (SLAS).

  • Drive digital transformation and automation initiatives.

  • Develop and manage IT budgets.

  • Oversee IT policies, SOPS, and conduct regular audits.

  • Support Computer System Validation (CSV) for GxP systems.

  • Conduct IT and ISMS training sessions for staff.

Job requirements

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. ITIL, PMP certification (preferred).

  • Experience: 10+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

  • Skills: Proficient in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital transformation. Experience with regulatory compliance (ISO 27001, GxP, USFDA). Strong leadership, communication, and vendor management skills. Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech or other highly regulated industries. Knowledge of QMS, risk assessment, and audit management.

  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in person and over the phone.

Physical Demands

  • This job includes sitting, standing, walking, using hands/fingers for typing and handling documents, reaching, and maintaining close vision for computer work

  • This job operates in an office setting using standard office equipment such as computers, phones, calculators, copiers, fax machines, and file cabinets

  • This job may require stooping, kneeling or crouching for accessing files in lower cabinets or performing other tasks.

Salary Range: $153,000.00 - $183,000.00 per year
