Position Overview
The GMP Warehouse Associate will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and distributing products. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations and a strong commitment to maintaining compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Key Responsibilities

  • Warehouse Operations: Assist in daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of products. Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels. Ensure the proper handling and storage of materials. Support strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and optimize workflow. Collaborate with key departments, including Purchasing, Quality Assurance, and Manufacturing, to ensure smooth coordination and movement of materials.

  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Adhere to all safety standards and protocols. Conduct regular inspections of the warehouse and report any maintenance or safety concerns.

Job requirements

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations with knowledge of warehouse management software and databases (SAP experience preferred) and experience in a cGMP-regulated environment.

  • Skills: Able to safely operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment and work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions. This position requires the ability to stand for extended periods, bend, and lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Candidates must be physically capable of performing these tasks safely and effectively.

  • Communication: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Able to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Physical Demands

  • This job includes sitting, standing, walking, using hands/fingers for typing and handling documents, reaching, and maintaining close vision for computer work.

  • This job functions in an open office setting using standard office equipment such as computers, phones, calculators, copiers, fax machines, and file cabinets.

  • This job may require stooping, kneeling or crouching for accessing files in lower cabinets or performing other tasks.

 

Salary Range: $21.15 - $33.65 per hour
